Create a new ticket

Our SLA for customers with Pro plans or higher is 15 minutes. This means we guarantee that within 15 minutes of opening a ticket, one of our technicians will begin working on a resolution for you. SLA for Starter plans is 1 hour.

Select "READ ONLY ACCESS" if you want MageMojo staff to only advise on your configuration. We will not make any changes to your server or site configuration without prior confirmation.
